General product returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days.

Unfortunately, Shop CNIB is unable to refund the original shipping charges, and for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that come in direct contact with the body, such as eye drop guides.

Please ensure that the item is in saleable condition and is returned in its original packaging with all its accessories and instructions.
